Hi @linzi1
Welcome to the HP Forums!
Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
I reviewed your post and I understand that the mouse cursor disappears on the computer.
I’d love to help!
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- Provide me the model and product number of your computer.
- The operating system you are using.
- Elaborate on the issue (Like if mouse cursor is missing on browser or any particular application, Mouse cursor will be missing after you login to the computer)
Meanwhile, follow below steps and check if it helps.
- Hit your windows button so the pop-up menu appears.
- Type in mouse& TouchPad setting. Your computer will search for it.
- After selecting find "additional mouse options at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the last tab. This should be the built-in mouse pad.
- Select "enable device".
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If the information I've provided was helpful, please give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accepted Solution" and "Kudos" buttons, that’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!
Take care.
Cheers!
