I already able to start the service already. What I did is,
1) Enable in firewall
Open Windows Firewall.
To open Windows Firewall, on the Start menu, click Control Panel. In Control Panel, do one of the following:
- Under Security, click Allow a program through Windows Firewall.
- If Control Panel is in Classic view, click Windows Firewall.
- Under Security, click Allow a program through Windows Firewall.
On the Exceptions tab, select the Distributed Transaction Coordinator check box.
Click OK
2) In command prompt, i had type this below command
msdtc -uninstall
msdtc -install
msdtc –resetlog
and finally is sucessfull. Currenly still monitor this issue and hopefully is permenantly solved.

Look in Event Viewer under system events for a log entry that explains why it could not start.
Control Panel (small icon view) Admin Tools>Event Viewer>
Once EV opens select Windows Logs>System, there should be a log entry that explains why it could not start.
