all in one desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my all in one desktop is showing disorted view and colorful vertical lines . it was fallen down on a toy. due to this accident the screen was affected and it started showing verticle lines. please resolve the issue.

As I understand the monitor on the AIO is displaying vertical lines and is distorted as well,

If the issue occurred after an accident, there could be a hardware failure and in such cases, you may need to get the display assembly replaced via HP (there could be a charge involved if the PC isn't covered by the accidental damage protection plan)


Please try an alternate monitor to check if it's a hardware or a software failure,
if the lines do not appear on the alternate monitor, replace the display assembly as mentioned above,
If there are lines on the alternate monitor/TV as well, re-install the graphics card drivers & update it from the official HP Website: Click here
