Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My computer broadband connection stopped working. It doesnt recognize the ethernet port. I have to use wifi to get on the internet.

@sshnake, welcome to the forum.

 

Here is a guide to help you troubleshoot the problem you are having with your wired network.

 

Also, here is the HP Software and Driver Download page for the computer.  Go to the section titled "Driver - Network" for the appropriate driver.
