Pls help me ,my boot order cursur not moving ,always stays at is boot manager ,selection moving to all options ,but triangle cursure not moving .pls can u give the fix ,

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

 

I read that you're trying to boot from Linux disk in an HP computer using the bootable disk. You're trying to install it on a Toshiba MQ01ABF050 hard drive. The comouters stays at boot manager. 

 

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • The exact product model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
  • Please explain the issue in detail if what I have mentioned above in my post is different from what you are trying to do?
  • Please note that if your computer originally came with Windows operating system and you're traying to install Linux that we do not support that. But we will ensure that the DVD drive is fine.
