I can burn a DVD but when I try to playback in a DVD player it tell me disc error no playback is available, but I can play it back on my PC. Is there , or setting that will give me the playback on a DVD????

If a DVD is authored incorrectly that will happen.  What software is being used to make the DVD and it is supposed to be a DVD movie?

Go through the process step by step, posting each step of the software being used.  There must be a step done that is either skipping something or adding something that should not be there.
