Are you using it with an HP POS also?

Go to hp.com, Under Support, Click download drivers, then type what model of hp POS you are using. for example, rp5800. then choose between the 3 retail systems. (any of the 3 will do). After that you will be directed to to choose what OS you are using. Then under Software - POS Pole line display, you will see the driver you need.

Other option is by looking inside the box of the HP POS. There is a bundled CD for software and documentations. all the drivers you need is inside that CD.

But i have tried that without succes. you are getting hp pole display graphical or hp pole display but no LD220-HP

on the label it says European Regulatory Address: HP

Don't know where my client bought this - probably on an aftermarket - the software it will be used for is Quickbooks Point of Sale
