It will be difficult to source a power button for your TouchSmart PC from an online vendor because of its proprietary design.
What is the complete product number?

I was unable to locate a source for parts for your all-in-one desktop even with the information you provided me.
I also tried HP's Part Surfer. take a look at the link I provided. There is some information there.but nothing for the power button specifically except a cable. The ordering information is for HP internally, but the part numbers may help to get in the general section for the all-in-one desktop pc at an online vendor.
On eBay in the US I see the 310-1000 series desktops available for around $200.
If you still have the broken parts of the button you may have to very carefully use epoxy or super glue to make it useable gain.
I suggest an online search using the complete product numer.
The best parts source for your desktop PC appears to be HP. The downside of this is because your desktop PC is out of warranty. Contact HP.
Good luck!
