Operating System: Windows 8.1

Base system out of the box.  Added 4 WD Red 2TB drives, external optical drive via USB, same with kb and mouse.  On startup, no video display output.  Two beeps after 2 minutes+.  monitor is auto config and works fine.  Have stripped down the machine to out-of-box nothing installed or added other than video.  Nada.  Blue stripe on bezel, inboard LED's green and solid.  HELP!!!
