I have installed a new monitor- the HP Monitor 27es - and the message "Power button is locked" continues to appear constantly on the screen. I have installed the drivers, tried the 10-30 second procedure on the power button and none of them solved the problem. I'm also unable to make the monitor reset because the other buttons are locked and didn´t work properly.
Help me, please!!!!!

Hey there! @cbmr, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you are getting power button locked error on your monitor.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your monitor?
Check if the buttons on the monitor are being pressed.
Try the steps recommended below.
If the Power Button Lockout is displayed.
Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to disable the
Power Button Lockout function.
OSD Lockout is displayed. The monitor's OSD Lockout function
is enabled.
Press and hold the Menu button on the bottom side of the
front bezel for 10 seconds to disable the OSD Lockout
function.
Button lockouts
Holding down the Power button or Menu button for ten seconds will lock out the functionality of that button.
You can restore the functionality by holding the button down again for ten seconds. This functionality is only
available when the monitor is powered on, displaying an active signal, and the OSD is not active.
Refer the monitor user guide for more information.
If the issue still persists unplug the monitor from the wall outlet and press power button for ten seconds and plug back the power chord and check if it helps.
If the issue persists after trying out the steps.
