Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I have a  Seagate Hard Disk model no. st500dm002 with firmware hp73.

 

 

The ST500DM002 showing as ST_M13FQBL (4GB) and I am not able to use it.

I have taken up with Seagate, but they have come up with solution.

 

Please provide firmware HP73.

IMHO for this advise "to go to Seagate's site and search there firmware for a HP product" (yep! HDD mentioned by TS is a HP product, don't mess Seagate here) user (volunteer) "wb2001" must be banned 4ever from this site.
