Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My computer will not start up it says start pxe over ipv4.  I have looked at the bios and set it back to default.

Help, I can't use the computer.

Now it says

Start PXE over IPv4

PXE-E18 Server response timeout

Start PXE over IPv6

I really don't know what to do.

Greetings,

Either your HDD has failed or check SATA and power connections on the motherboard and HDD.

Run UEFI boot time diagnostics.

Tap "ESC" or "F2" at boot.

Cheers!

When I run diagnositics (F2) it only has three options - memory test which it passed, hard disk check which it says smart check and long dst not installed and language.

I'm not sure what else to do.

Thanks

Hi,

Did you check HDD and motherboard cable connections?

You should be able to test all hardware components using UEFI diagnostics.

Go here and download UEFI diagnostics.

Download the 3-1 USB key diagnostics. This option takes a while to download and create the USB boot media. Or use the basic UEFI diagnostics, your choice.

Install on a USB stick. Then boot to the USB stick and run HDD diagnostics.
