Since it is an "optional" update, and your computer seems to be working without installing that update, just "ignore" this update.
Also, since you are running Windows 7, you may right-mouse-click on the update, and "hide" it, forever.

1. Highlight one of the updates.
2. Click with the second (usually the RIGHT) mouse-button on the highlighted text.
3. Click on "Hide Update".
If right-click does not work, your mouse has a problem.
