HP doesn't offer any support and solutions to uninstall HP Security Protect Tools on HP ProBook 4530s for upgrading the system to Windows 10. I'm very disapoointed....
There's no wayto for me to find a solution .

This solved the problem.

with all of HP's support web page changes the link you have listed just takes me the the main support page and not just the aticle. I do not have the HP protect tools in the "all programs" list as I have started removing "most" of the protect tools one by one. HP needs to develope an uninstall application for the HP Protect suite and be sure it is placed as an OPTION in HP support assistant downloads.

Problem solved, Windows uninstaller Repair fixed the message I was getting
