Hi,

 

I can't able to update all the devices, having the following issue

 

unknown device error.

hardware ID's are:

 

ACPI\TE8715

*ITE8715

 

 Location on Intel(R) ICH10 LPC Interface Controller 3A18

unknown deloper, no driver available!

Hi:

 

It is your ITE CIR infrared receiver device.

 

Unfortunately, I have no idea where you are going to find a W7 driver for it.

 

Try Windows Update from the device--automatic driver search.  Be connected to the internet.

 

The model description you posted pulls up way too many models for me to determine which one you actually have.

I have found the driver at driverscape.com.

Now it works perfetly
