Stps and suggestions provided were to the "T".

 

Thank you kindly. My isses was

"Blinks red 5 times @ 1 Hz [1] 5 Memory error" for which I remove the memory as suggested.

Does this apply to desktops as well?

Mine is beeping/flashing 4 times, so apparently that means a power supply failure. Tried resetting power strip, moving to different plug on power strip, and swapping out cord. Anything else i can try?
