Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are unable to open app store and need assistance. Happy to help.
Have you run the App troubleshooter available in the control panel?
Recommend you run the APP troubleshooter available in the control panel. To open control panel, please do a right-click on the Windows button.
If the issue persists, Please press Win + R to bring up the run dialog box.
Type WSReset.exe and hit OK or enter
For other troubleshooting steps, please refer to this Microsoft forums post. (Solved)
To keep your computer updated, please check for Windows updates and run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated.

SORRY IT IS NOT COMING . AGAIN IT IS SHOWING THAT SAME ERROR CODE AND THAT SAME THE SERVER STUMBLED. AND ONE MORE ISUUE IN MY LAPTOP IS THE CAMERA IS NOT OPENING . FOR THAT THE ERROR CODE IS 0x000003EB. WHAT I WANT TO DO ? AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR RESPONSE TO MY QUESTION.

Thanks for the reply and trying the suggested steps. Recommend you to perform a push button reset on your computer and run HP Support Assistant to update the drivers again and to diagnose issues.
May I know which application you are using for webcam? Recommend you to try the steps suggested in this HP Article for webcam troubleshooting.
Please run an extensive test on the computer by booting the computer to system diagnostics by tapping F2 or ESC on startup. Click here for assistance. If the test fails, please contact our phone support for the service options available for your notebook.
