HP 110-210 desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10 was OK but now PC cannot accept Windows updates. Takes several attempts and finally I got msg saying "Restoring your previous version of Windows"

Please, help!

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

When you say is is returning to a "previous version of Windows", is that still Win10, or is it a prior OS?

 

And, please provide the version of Win10 you are running right now.  If you don't know that, open a command window and enter "winver" (without the quotes).


We can proceed when you provide the information.
