Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since the second Sim in a Dual Sim Phone will work ONLY on 2G service, this phone is useless for me. ATT shutdown all of their 2G transmitters so now we are left with a useless Dual Sim phone. All the Major carriers will be shutting 2 G soon. Is HP going to invest in a 3G/4G processor to accomdate this issue?? Will someone from HP advise a logical answer without skirting around the main issue of the phones capabilities being unable to process 3G voice on the second sim?
