How to Send A Private Message

Connect with Community members privately, share information securely, and continue conversations without exchanging personal contact details.

A Private Message (PM) works much like an email. It allows you to communicate directly with other Community members through the Community platform, without sharing personal contact information.

✅ Your message has now been sent.

Receiving a Private Message

1. Email Notification
You will receive an email notification at the email address associated with your Community account. The email includes the subject line of the message and lets you know a new Private Message is waiting.
2. Inbox Notification
The envelope icon near your Community username will display a notification count. Select the envelope icon to open your inbox, read messages, and send replies.

🔒 Privacy Reminder

Your privacy matters. Please avoid sharing sensitive information such as serial numbers, product numbers, account details, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, warranty information, or other personal information in public discussions. Use Private Messages when sensitive details need to be shared securely.
