As one of our largest forum events to-date, we encourage you to invite your friends and family members to join.  Do you know someone with a new computer is having difficulty setting up a wireless network on their personal laptop or desktop?  A new college student who would like to learn about how to safeguard their PC from viruses or spyware?  It doesn’t matter how old the product is or what it is connected to.  Our Experts have been preparing for this event for weeks and are going to do everything they can to help.

Hi , I am newbie here.

regarding the above, how can i get in touch with the experts on the days mentioned? Where should I join?

I am having a problem with my HP Pavillion ze4900. Whenever i turn it on, there are the usual LED lights. However, the monitor (LCD) is completely black, as in no display. Please help me what to do...
