According to Google Translate, the question was, quote: "Lost the power supply. How to order a new original power supply for a laptop in Kazakhstan (Almaty). Thank you".

 

In your particular case, I would suggest ordering an Omen PSU through AliExpress as it would be cheaper and faster.
