Hello! I've recently purchased the HP Gaming Mouse G260 and I wanted to know if there is any software or drivers to adjust buttons or control dpi rate. I couldn't find any information about this product on the official website neither on the internet. I

I found nothing about it either. It might be one of those rare peripherals that comes from Asia that HP has its name on, but does not offer any support for as strange as that may sound.
I did see this on NewEggs store for software, but the text on the UI is in Asian. There is no other information about it listed.
All I can do is ask HP if someone there knows anything about it.

Yeah, exactly. I've seen these screenshots too. Also at this kind of stores, it is said that package includes CD with software. Can you actually ask HP about that because I have no idea how to contact with them

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
