Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So far I’m very impressed with my Reverb G2, but the mike is almost too good.   

I use it for sim racing but I still have the car sounds coming from external speakers and use the headset speakers for radio type communication.   But my voice into the mike is getting drowned out by the ambient sounds.    Is there any way to make it more directional to my mouth or lessen the range/sensitivity?
