OMEN by HP 31.5 inch QHD 165Hz Curved Gaming Monitor - OMEN 32c
Microsoft Windows 11

Absolutely distraught I finally managed to save enough for  good monitor for my pc only had it for around a month and my grandson came into the room [4 years old] and threw a little hard dogs ball which hit the corner of the screen destroying it about 3 inches which has caused the screen to fail, is there anyway to have this repaired as purchasing a new one is out of the question financially as this moment.screen.jpg

Hi @Stefan64old,

Welcome to HP Support Community!

We noticed that this thread hasn't had any updates in a while since your original post; while this is rare, we didn't want this post to remain unanswered, so here's the solution to your query. We hope it helps you and everyone viewing this post 😊

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm very sorry to hear about what happened to your OMEN 32c monitor.

Based on your description, the damage was caused by an external impact to the panel. Unfortunately, physical or accidental damage, such as an object striking the screen, is not covered under the standard HP Limited Warranty.

That said, the monitor may still be repairable depending on the extent of the damage and the availability of replacement parts. We recommend contacting an HP Authorized Service Center in your region so the monitor can be inspected and a repair estimate provided.

Please keep in mind that because this is accidental damage, any repair or replacement would be considered an out-of-warranty service and would likely involve a charge for parts and labor.

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance.

Have a great day!

I'm an HP Employee.
