Broken WMR headset that is out of warranty

Hi, I have owned this windows mixed reality VR headset for about a year now and unfortunately it has broken. When I play VR I sometimes bump into obstacles; But recently after I accidentally pulled my headset off the table, the headset won't track the controllers. I already had problems with the headset before this happened; I pulled a little too hard on the display cable once and ever since, the WMR portal states ''Check your display cable'' or ''Something went wrong'' a lot. I have so many great memories in this thing but I cannot afford another one. Is there anything I can do?

This is a Hardware issue and unfortunately there is nothing much we can do to fix it remotely

 

I suggest you contact HP Support for possible Service Options or maybe Exchange if available
