HP Pavilion Gaming Mouse 300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I bought this mouse yesterday and when i was playing, buttons left and right have been reversed ...

I tried an other mouse ans this one worked fine.

I uninstalled drivers, installed them again but the problem already exists.

I installed the mouse on my professional desktop which is under Ubuntu and i have the same problem ... The mouse is really the problem ; not windows configuration.

What's happening with this mouse please ?

Regards.

Hi@Perso2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

You have done the basic troubleshooting and the notebook needs to check to get to know its hardware is faulty, not a software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
