Its specs

Looks like it has  Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g/n featuring Single-band (2.4 Ghz)  (perhaps RALINK RT5300). It came with Windows 8, what is its running now ?  Machine is too old, no more drivers for it from 2013

You can download old  Ralink Wireless Network Controller Driver and install to your machine or please use the newer driver
