Hello, i have a problem with my OMEN by HP Mindframe Prime Headset

The headset works but when i put it on my computer, i can't launch the OMEN Gaming Hub app to set up my headset...

Is it a compatibility problem because i use a Lenovo computer or is it an other problem ? if you have an idea to make the app works please tell me !  Thank you for reading this

Omen Gaming Hub is designed specially for HP machines. Your machine is a LENOVO Ideapad L340  I don't thinik it is compatible.

Yes i understand this but i just tried with an Asus laptop and it worked well.. A friend has the same headset and it works too but his computer is not an OMEN by HO so i don’t think it’s just a compatibility problem with my Lenovo 

And it’s written on the packaging PC compitable not HP compatible

It's hard to say this is a compatibility issue or not. But if your PC is Omen series . I ensure  OGH must work very well
