Product: HP X1000 Wireless Gaming Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I got my HP x1000 Wireless Gaming Headset about two years ago. Today I noticed that I cannot switch the device on/off and the mic LED is on. Pressing or holding the power and mute button doesn't do anything. Is there any other solution? Is there any way that I can reset the device? It's not damaged because it was working perfectly fine the last time I used it...
