HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

I am having a number of issues with my HP Reverb G2.

 

I purchased the device 27/07/2023 directly from HP, and it the device lenses have started to cut out. I would not expect this from a device that costs what is charged for it, especially when I have only had it for approximately 8 weeks.

 

Additionally, I cannot register the device online with the serial number given with the device.

I understand that you are unable to register a reverb headset, I am glad to assist you.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
