@Romalus

I'll try to help if I can.  Details help me help you.

What computer are you using for the command center? Model number?

What accessories are you using?

I´m using the Omen 880-p1xx Desktop  and the omen sequencer.

I also have Omen Reaktor Mouse and Omen Mindframe.

Thanks for Help.

OK Thanks. That is the model series which does help a little.

If you haven't done so recently, try this...

Uninstall the Omen Command Center (OCC). Go to Programs and uninstall it. If its not in Programs and Features, go to the Start menu and right click on the icon and choose Uninstall.

Reboot the PC.

Go to the Microsoft link and reinstall it from there. Get HP Command Center - Microsoft Store

Then install these drivers... OMEN Command Center SDK Package  sp98588.exe

HP System Event Utility sp91504.exe

Then go to Windows Updates and force it to search for updates. If it has updates pending, install them. Reboot and go back. Click on the Check for Updates button again, even if it shows its up to date. Do this a couple of times until there are no more updates.

Now run the OCC and test it. If its working now, try plugging in your headphones and see if it recognizes it.

You might have to re-start the OCC when you do. Does it work now?

If not, tell me the Product ID number of your 880. Its in the HP Support Assistant.

Very odd. Shouldn't have to do that, but thanks for the update.
