Hello, I have a problem launching OMEN Command Center to control my headphones and mouse which limits both... This is all I can see (full screen the pic to see it) when I launch the app and when I click the text it disappears and nothing happens. I seriously need to resolve this issue as the Mindframe Prime headset has its features locked until you get to use the app... please respond ASAP

Have you checked the windows store to see if there is an update?  It should be running 10.4.7.0 as of 19Oct2020.

I downloaded it yesterday and even checked for updates. The app and Windows are both up to date

Why not try to uninstall the app and install again from the MS store ? may it works . Have you tried this action?

The app is downloadable only from MS Store... and yes I uninstalled it and installed it again.

Still no answer from HP. Great support.

May be it will be solve in next update you can wait for it,if you can You can check mysainsburys for other queries.
