Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am merely trying to download the user manual for my H500GS gaming headset. I type the model number in the search on the HP website and it says that it is invalid. Do they even make this headset anymore?  I just bought it on Amazon a couple of months ago and HP's website doesn't even recognize their own model number.  Can anyone direct me to the download for the correct user manual please?

  • Could you please share the picture of the headset?
  • Is it H500gs or H5000 headset?

I did go through the product specification page and information not available for this model. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.
