Dear Officer

 

Excuse me, I upgraded my Duocast firmware through a HyperX NGENUITY.

 

However, since the upgrade, every time I turn on my computer Duocast is muted. Unlike before, now, I need to manually unmute the microphone every time before I can use the microphone.
