Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Tengo un mouse omen photon y desde hace unas semanas dejo de funcionar la rueda del raton, cuando quiero subir la pantalla y uso la rueda esta no sube o a veces baja y sube de forma automatica, o en el caso contrario cuando bajo con la rueda del mouse esta sube o tiene como espasmos.

 

si pudieran ayudarme les estaria muy agradecidos.
