HP Recommended

Just received my OMEN Transcend monitor. 

Connected to an OMEN 35L Desktop via DP 2.1 cable only (came with the monitor). 

Opening OMEN Gaminh Hub tells me there is a firmware update available for the monitor. When trying to update says device is not conntected. Have attached picture. Any recommendations on how to fix this.
