HP Reverb Virtual Reality Headset G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new both controllers pair but only 1 shows in game. Swapped batteries many times. Using Ryzen 7 MSI 570 motherboard  with RTX 3080 32 gigs of ram. Does not work in C connector so using USB adapter in 3.0 connector on the motherboard. At first both worked but did the firmware update and neither connected so went back to older firmware. Both connected but right did not show up in game. Tried new firmware again and no change. Only left shows up. Any suggestions are appreciative.
