HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

I'm trying to contact HP support in Ireland regarding getting a new version 2 cable. I have a x570 AMD chip-set and require a usb hub to run my reverb.

 

I've used the contact page but there is only the contact via phone ([Personal Information Removed]) available, I tried to call for the past month (45 times to be exactly) during business hours but no one answer the calls).

 

How can I get in contact to receive the v2 cable?

Are you referring to this HP part: M52188-001 (22J68AA - "HP Reverb G2 6 Meter Cable")?

As far as I know I have a right to exchange the v2 cable as part of the warranty in Reverb G2. However I can't contact the HP support here in Ireland with the number provided.
