Hi, I am using K400F, and K500F

now my k400F key malfunction.  press a  , its coming aaa.

after 1.2 year i am facing this issue. Gaming keyboard for tough  users, i am a programmer, not a gamer.

i am wonder HP produce this much low Quality products? i am spend  Rs1800. 1.2 year life is very less.
How can i solve?

Recommended Steps

  1. Clean the Keyboard
    • Turn the keyboard upside down and gently shake out any debris.
    • Use compressed air around the malfunctioning key.
  2. Test on Another Device
    • Connect the GK400F to another PC to confirm whether the issue is hardware-related.
  3. Update Keyboard Software / Drivers
    • If you’re using HP keyboard software, check for latest updates.
  4. Key Replacement (if available)
    • Some GK400F models allow individual key switches to be replaced, though this is more advanced.

Hi Deep World,

   Thank you for reply,

 1)  Complete Cleaned,  Compressed  blower Done, (used Cleaner Isopropyl alcohol)

 

2) Checked in Another PC Same

 

3) Driver uninstalled, installed Default driver in Device manager

 

4) Still Same 4-6 keys  multiple time coming, Blue key switches Soldering type.

Its clearly indicate, Blue switches not that much Quality .
