Hello, the light on the tip of the microphone doesn't turn on, not when it's muted, up or down (by physically moving it up and down) or when I mute it through the app, i don't know how to make it work, i have the latest driver and it still doesn't work 😞

I reviewed your post and I understand that the light on the microphone is not turning on.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you restore the factory settings and check if it helps.
Here is how it is done.
Select the Settings tab to configure whether the boom microphone beeps when raised or lowered.
1. Select or clear Enable audio beep to indicate the microphone is muted or unmuted when raising or lowering the boom.
2. To restore default settings, select Reset to default.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
