I recently bought a HP 150 Wireless Mouse, but it's been malfunctioning. To get support help, I tried to put in the serial number as displayed on the product and on the box in the Add Product page of the HP website. I just get a prompt saying "Enter valid serial number" even though I'm entering the right number. I've tried all the possible ways to contact support through other means but it all eventually leads to this Add Product page and invalid serial number message.

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link.
Note: Select your country from the dropdown, enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
