Hey guys I just have recieved my new mechanical keyboard but 5 lines from the right are not working, I just checked the Omen Keyboard 1100 software and it says that they are glowing.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
When was the last time it worked?
Are you using this keyboard on a HP Computer?
Have you tried to update the drivers either using Windows update or using HP Support Assistant?
In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
I would suggest here is to update the Bios and Chipset drivers on your PC.
Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.
