Product: HP 25X Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.

 

I currently have 2 x HP25X gaming monitors that are on 2 different firmwares.

 

They show a slightly different colour temparature, and have slightly different options in the menus....specifically in the image control menu. 1 is missing overscan and video levels. 1st is on ATM271 and the 2nd is on ATM131.

 

I'm kind of hoping that a firmware update might sort the colour temp issue, less bothered about the menu options.

 

Does anyone know if that is actually possible? And if it is, where I can find the firmware files?

do you have exactly the same?
they are the same references, product number?
Firmware update option, is available for some models
And if we look here, you only have the driver update

Yes both the same model number, both labels say - 3WL50AA 3Wl50AS.

 

Shame I can't update them though, but never mind.
