Product: OMEN 27c QHD Curved 240Hz Gaming Monitor

Hello, I'm having an issue updating the firmware of my HP Omen 27c. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. I've followed the instructions it's given and I've also tried the update using another PC running Windows 10, with the same symptoms. I've also tried using multiple different USB type C to type A cables. Please let me know how I can make the firmware update work.
