I purchase HP CS10 Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo. There is no support option for this product and even Part number is showing invalid.
I have another HP 330 Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo - purchased from Amazon.in and Part Number is showing invalid for this product also and no support option for this product.
Both products under warranty.
I have problem with CS10 Wireless Mouse only. When I turn on the Laptop Wireless Mouse don't work for 5 minutes and after 6-8 minutes it starts to work on its own.
