It's not even been a month from when I got my mouse.. I was using a Logitech G402 for 3 yrs. I thought about switching so Since I was about to get a HP pavilion laptop I thought lets get their mouse...MY MISTAKE!. THE RGB DOESN'T WORK! like the only reason I bought was because I trusted HP.. It was cheap.. Had RGB and dpi control like why wouldn't I?! But my bad. NOT AT ALL SATISFYED! Please if anyone knows hot to fix this do let me know my dad is scolding me for this 😞 . REGRET.

Hi,
I was also having the same issue until i found the software for the gaming mouse m260

follow the instructions, download the driver, click light tab and your led light status will be off. Click on and your RGB strip will light up again.
Or you can even try clicking the middle click (scroll button) and dpi button at the same time. It doesn't work in single try you have to try it 3 to 4 times and it will work.
