Product: HP WMR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my controllers. In some games i have to press some button combinations. Sometimes my controller will just stop working. When i then press the home button my controller is invisible but the pointer from the controller is still visible as if i entered some sort of mode. Can someone tell me what the button combination is so in can either revert it or make sure i dont press it in the future,
