I have been using the HP OMEN Accelerator with no issues (AMD GPU). However, I recently bought a new GPU, NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super, and my HP OMEN Accelerator still says that no GPU is detected. I have double-checked the power, PCI, and power connectors and found no issues. I was wondering do I need to update the firmware, or do I need to get a power connector converter? If anyone else has similar issues, please let me know. Thanks!

@kqchen94, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
The supported graphic cards for OMEN Accelerator are listed here. Anything apart from these may not work.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.

I will also add this as that list is never going to be updated. 🙄
The RTX series has be successfully installed by others. Here is an example...
Is your PSU in the accelerator 500w? Depending on the MFG of the graphics card, the RTX 2070 Super usually takes at least 550w PSU.
Thats all the info I have on the subject.
