Hi everyone.
I have been having issues with the headset since purchase around a month ago.
On rebooting, any settings I have set seem to be lost, for example lighting and sound settings such as Virtual 7.1 and equalizer.
I have to open OMEN Gaming Hub, then change these settings every time I reboot.
I have already tried creating a new profile for desktop, but this does not resolve the issue.
Anyone having similar issues or a fix?

Thanks for the reply.
I have already attempted the solution you have provided to no avail.
I will delete profiles and try again and post back, see if this makes a difference.
I think HP need to reach back out to C-Media and the development team of the gaming hub as they need to work together to fix the problems, specifically with the headset lighting and the driver not saving or restoring the settings.
